David Mosquera joins Silver Tree and brings his experience in leading complex, diverse, multi-national teams in the delivery of solutions and services for both internal and external clients. He has deep expertise in Product Development including software engineering, hardware/firmware engineering, systems engineering and architecture, quality, product management, process improvement (ISACA CMMI model), metrics (ISACA GQIM model), and corporate planning. Dave has an extensive background in project management, service agreements/contracts, supplier management, large scale global application operations and delivery, all the while creating a positive and productive work environment aligned to firm/corporate values.

David holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned his M.S. in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. He and his wife, Danielle, reside in the Chicago area and are the parents of three adult children.
