With sustained three-year fevenue growth, Silver Tree earns repeat recognition among the nation’s most dynamic businesses
Inc., the leading media brand and playbook for the entrepreneurs and business leaders shaping our future, today announced that Silver Tree Consulting & Services has been named to the annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list provides a data-driven snapshot of the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Past honorees include Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, and Patagonia.
"This achievement is a testament to the trust our clients place in us and the passion our team brings to every engagement," said Richard C. Ricks, CEO of Silver Tree Consulting & Services. "Our mission has always been to bring enterprise-level capabilities to underserved markets, enabling midmarket companies and non-profits to modernize, secure, and transform their businesses. Earning this recognition for the second year in a row shows that when our clients thrive, we thrive alongside them."
This achievement comes on the heels of significant momentum for Silver Tree. Earlier this year, the company was also recognized on the 2025 Inc. Regionals: Mid-Atlantic list of fastest-growing private companies by region, honoring businesses driving economic growth, creating jobs, and generating millions in revenue across their local markets. In parallel, Silver Tree has continued to expand its innovation footprint, introducing advancements to its AI-enabled Vigilance Platform and launching the IT360 Secure bundled managed services to help clients modernize, secure, and optimize their IT environments.
This year’s Inc. 5000 honorees have demonstrated exceptional growth while navigating economic uncertainty, inflationary pressure, and a fluctuating labor market. Among the top 500 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate reached 1,552 percent, and those companies have collectively added more than 48,678 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

"Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision," says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. "These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm—they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy."
Looking ahead, Silver Tree remains committed to delivering measurable business outcomes for its clients while continuing to expand its capabilities and reach. As technology, security, and workforce needs evolve, the company will build on this momentum to help more midmarket companies and non-profits modernize, secure, and transform their businesses—driving growth not just for Silver Tree, but for the communities it serves.
